So-so day, stayed on track for most part

Shopping with my oldest today. Started with breakfast this morning with a walk for about 20 min. Missed lunch and ate out for dinner. Not the best but replaced fries with a side salad, which had nasty vinaigrette, but still ate almost all of especially the cucumbers, carrots, and tomatoes. Grilled chicken and avocado sandwich. Drank water and ordered a cocktail with my daughter. Dinner calories totaled 910, way higher than normal for me but only 67 above total daily calories since starting. Total calories today...1267.

Stepped on scale after returning home. First day weighing on scale 3 days ago was 192.5, tonight...195.8. Don’t get it and trying to stay positive.

Struggling with marriage issues. Feeling very defeated and fat.

On the plus side, I bought myself new hiking boots today and can’t wait to use them tomorrow.

Trying to not let the actions or inactions of others affect me and my goals.
