"Continue in a course of action even in the face of difficulty or with little or nor prospect of success."
I kind of chuckle over that, I love the whole concept of perseverance. It was through perseverance that I obtained my degree and became a nurse, despite lack of support from my husband and family. It was through perseverance that I have 2 son's when doctors said I would never have children. We all persevere in life. Today, I persevere to shape up and improve my health. It is weigh in day and I proudly report that since Oct 6th when I got the scale that measures stuff other than weight, my BMI has gone from 35 to 34.6. OK, that isn't huge but dang it's going downward and I will celebrate that tiny accomplishment. My goal is to eventually move to the normal range. I GOT THIS!!!! It isn't happening in 2019 and might not happen in 2020, but it sure as I am sitting here going to happen!
