Not a good emotion day.

Struggled today with lots of things emotionally but stayed on track with food and worked out for an hr on the treadmill and elliptical. Seems I last longer if I walk first then move to the harder work on the elliptical. Almost gave up a couple of times on it but followed the workout and stuck it out. I’m a stress and emotional eater so I am working on it.
