I have been on this weight loss journey for a number of years, and had basically given up that I would ever lose weight. Then I took my self in hand, gave myself a good talking to and 5 months later I am 10kgs (22 Ibs) lighter.

I have also realised what a difference the reduction of the 10kgs is, I am able to do my shoelaces up whilst sitting on a chair, and pull my socks on without having to struggle to reach my foot and then being puffed just from the exertion of that activity. My clothes are fitting better and the clothes that rode up my hips now slide over nicely, people - including family - have been noticing the difference, I was even told by my son that I have lost weight in the face. YEAH! I have a persistent cough at the moment but the doctor said I don't need the asthma spray anymore. It has been a struggle with a lot of ups and downs but I also learnt that preparation and organisation is everything. Spending one day of the weekend to prepare my means for my lunch and dinner during the week, this is also a time saver as I don't have to cook dinner when I get home, and saves me money because I don't have to buy lunch anymore. I have stopped eating chocolate, biscuits etc and am able to walk into the shopping centre and do my weekly shop without throwing the baddies in the trolley.

So I say bring on the reduction of the next 10kgs.
