My weight has kind of been bouncing back and forth between the same 3ish pounds lately, so not sure really where my weight is genuinely really at right now, whether to take the higher or the lower number. I continue to dip back into the 60s but always bounce back out again, really doing a sort of yo-yo thing right now. Wasn't paying too close of attention to my calories the past few weeks so going to do a better job of that in the coming weeks and hopefully I'll start feeling better soon.

not sure if I can trust this loss or not as my weight has yo-yoed a lot lately. Time will tell, I guess.

gained a little bit of body water. probably due to the water pill.

lost more body fat. making good progress in all areas lately. seeing as I lost some significant body fat with the 3lb loss it may have been a real loss.

Current Muscle Mass: 134.4
Muscle Mass Gained: -1.2 lbs
Total Muscle Mass Gained: -8.2 lbs
lost quite a lot of muscle, likely due to losing a lot of weight.

so doing really well at least apparently lately. I've had this kind of good progress before, though, and then gone back up into the 70s again so I don't know for sure if this is a genuine loss or not. So these are my stats at least for now. We'll see how things go in the next few days.
