Well my psychiatrist thinks I have pneumonia which is why my left side hurts so bad. She is mad because the doctor I went to see about it didn't do a chest x-ray. All she did was give me antibiotics and cough syrup. I am feeling a little bit better these days though, not hurting quite as bad. Made another appointment with my primary doctor, though, to have things checked out better although have to wait a while to get in to see him. Haven't been doing as well with my weight lately due to being sick. Haven't been tracking and haven't been able to exercise although hoping to be able to get back to it again soon. Been sick way too long! Tracked food for the next few days and hoping to get back on track again.

hoping to correct this weight gain in November. October wasn't a very good month for me in general but hoping to do better in the coming month. I'm going to start exercising again and track better and start drinking water again even though I lost my water bottle at Seb's house (sad face) and just make a better effort all around.

gained a little bit of body water. I hadn't been taking my water pills for a while when I was really sick and started taking them again now so that could be why I gained water.

actually lost a little body fat. may have actually been because I've been sick.

Total Muscle Mass Gained: -7 lbs
gained some muscle. probably been eating higher protein lately.

So overall not doing too bad on most things, and only gained a bit. Should be able to get back on track fairly easily. I'm pretty optimistic about things right now. I am going to watch the scale more closely from now on and track more closely.

    OH NO! So sorry that your still feeling ill and your psychiatrist thinks it’s pneumonia! Good heavens! I would make that plain to your Dr. so they see you pronto! You need to feel better!

    Getting back on track will be easy for you because you have proved you know what to do. Losing 24 lbs is good and you will feel even better when you lose again.
