I find my self struggling

I've been tracking my food for over two months and while I think I'm improving the numbers seem to be the same. Guess I still need some improvement. I read some sparkpeople emails, and it seems like right off the bat these people change their way of eating and excercise everyday. Maybe they're more motivated? Don't know. Between home, work and school I get stressed out or busy and it seems like a never ending battle with my weight. I recently started making sure I excercise at least 10 minutes a day. This is something I've been doing sporaticaly over the last two months. I was excited at first but at my weigh in I had gained weight! Trying to stay positive and hope next week will show my hard work. Thanks for letting me vent. emoticon
