Kids Karate Grading

Saturday, October 26, 2019

Friday kids were home from school... we just went to the mall and window shopped ... Lots of steps in there.
This was outside one of the store...lol we went into so many I forgot which one.

I had to go to the doctors after the mall...kids were with me ... they were really good..
But... I really was only in the office for like 4 minutes...lol..
I got my flu shot and pneumonia shot .... today my arms are a little sore with a low grade fever... but in the long run a good thing...

Today both kids graded in Karate.

Amelia went up to a blue belt

Markus got his 8th star --only 2 more to go

A good day...

I get my flu shot every year too, Jo, I think that's important. Never had a pneumonia one, I keep forgetting to ask about it. I have regular check ups every six months so I usually have so much to talk about with him, I forget some things, lol.

Way to go for Amelia and Marcus, such awesome grandchildren you have!
