Weight went back up a little bit, but then I've been sick and haven't been tracking lately. I hurt my left side and have bad pain whenever I move so can't exercise and just not feeling good overall so not focusing so much on my weight loss right now. But here's my stats.


Starting Weight: 296.6
Last Weigh In: 267.6
Current Weight: 271.4
Weight Lost This Week: +3.8 lbs
Total Weight Lost: -25.2 lbs
don't have much to say about this gain cos I just don't feel good right now so there's not a lot I can be doing to lose weight right now.

Starting Body Water: 37.1%
Last Body Water %: 37.9%
Current Body Water %: 37.6%
Body Water Gained: -0.3%
Total Body Water Gained: +0.5%
lost some body water. doctor said i was dehydrated so that might make a difference.

Starting Body Fat: 48.1%
Last Body Fat %: 46.9%
Current Body Fat %: 47.3%
Body Fat Lost: +0.4%
Total Body Fat Lost: -0.8%
gained some body fat. not surprising.

Starting Muscle Mass: 142.6
Last Muscle Mass: 134.2
Current Muscle Mass: 135
Muscle Mass Gained: +0.8 lbs
Total Muscle Mass Gained: -7.6 lbs
gained some muscle. no comment on this really either.

Sorry this isn't much of a blog but in a lot of pain right now so don't have much to say. will post something better later.
