Weigh-In #24

Well doing another weigh-in a day later but oh well. Lost the bloat. Had nothing but yogurt, fruit, and alcohol (and soda) today since it was a busy day and wasn't home all day. So ended up losing a huge amount of weight all at once. So the weight I gained from the binge probably wasn't a real gain since I was able to lose it all in one fell swoop like that.

Starting Weight: 296.6
Last Weigh In: 273.8
Current Weight: 267.6
Weight Lost This Week: -6.2 lbs
Total Weight Lost: -29 lbs
one more pound and I'll hit 30 pounds!! so excited. hopefully I'll get there soon and I won't have to deal with much more bloat anytime soon. I've been dealing with bloat all month so it's kept me from losing much weight this month as I've kind of been yo-yoing all month and I want to move past that and start losing weight faster again.

Starting Body Water: 37.1%
Last Body Water %: 37.6%
Current Body Water %: 37.9%
Body Water Gained: +0.3%
Total Body Water Gained: +0.8%
gained a lot of body water. I'm sure it's because I didn't eat today so I didn't take in really any salt.

Current Body Fat %: 46.9%
Body Fat Lost: -0.5%
Total Body Fat Lost: -1.2%
lost a lot of body fat. I am sure all the movement and reduced calories were a factor in this.

Starting Muscle Mass: 142.6
Last Muscle Mass: 136
Current Muscle Mass: 134.2
Muscle Mass Gained: -1.8 lbs
Total Muscle Mass Gained: -8.4 lbs
lost a lot of muscle but that goes along with losing weight usually

so I've lost all the bloat now just have to keep it off and hopefully move forward and get to 30 pounds lost.
