Pumpkin Season!!

Option 2: We recognize a favored autumn decoration and food on October 26th that is used in a variety of recipes, competitions, and festivals. It’s National Pumpkin Day! Do you like to eat pumpkin in any form? Do you have any good pumpkin recipes? Have you ever been to a pumpkin patch? Do you decorate with pumpkins?

For my A&I team, for our weekly challenge- this is one of our blog choices. This was an easy choice for me as I love pumpkin!

I love pumpkin in most forms- I love pumpkin flavored coffee! One of my favorite pumpkin things right now is Premier Protein Pumpkin Spice Shake. They are so good! Im also been enjoying Pumpkin oatmeal and Belvita Breakfast Pumpkin Spice Biscuits. And ofcourse, I love pumpkin pie!

A good pumpkin recipe is Weight Watchers Pumpkin Spice Muffins.

They are simple to make and you only need 3 ingredients! Best of all these are really moist, easy to make and under 100 calories for per muffin!

1 18 oz box Spice Cake mix
1 15 oz can Pumpkin
1 cup water

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 (adjust if needed)
2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well mixed
3. Divide into mini muffin pans- you should get 24.
4. Bake at 350 for 22-26 mins.

I have never really been to a pumpkin patch, and I dont really decorate with pumpkins too much.
