This blog will most likely be all over the place as it's been so long since I've posted and so much has happened!! First.. I went from 311 pounds to 275 pounds in a matter of 4 months with no exercise. It may not work for everyone but I've found that for me one large meal or two small ones are enough for me daily. I wouldn't advise anyone else to do this it's a personal preference that helps me avoid digestive issues and helped me beat my food/sugar addiction. Now that I've stopped anti depressants and anti psychotics my sugar cravings have drastically reduced. I've also recently entered into a relationship that has been 13 years in the making and just being happy and finally at "home" I've made so many breakthroughs in personal growth and began breaking bad habits. Just today I quit smoking for the maybe 10th time but I'm not irrationally moody or overly emotional like I usually am. I'm also not having almost too hard to resist cravings for food or sweets. I don't drink soda too often anymore not even diet. It doesn't taste the same and isn't satisfying anymore. I have a long way to go but I'm so proud of myself! I'm still not at an optimal weight but we are already 32 and want a pretty large family so we are currently in the process of trying to conceive!! Such an exciting time! When it's right it's right and I'm so glad I made the choice to move over 1100 miles to be with the man of my dreams!
