I'm stuck with a bunch of bloat again because I got super depressed and had a huge binge. So it's going to take a bit of time to get this bloat off. Oh well, nothing can be done about it now.

Weight Lost This Week: +6 lbs
Total Weight Lost: -22.8 lbs
quite a bit of bloat going on. this month really was kind of a failure. hopefully do better next month.

Body Water Gained: -0.1%

lost a little body water. bad eating probably.

gained some body fat. again bad eating.

gained a good amount of muscle. probably cos of all the protein I've had lately.

going to have to work hard to lose the bloat and get back on track. will take some time, but with some effort I'll make it work.
