    Thanks all!

GlendaK72 - Hi Glenda! I've heard about the different ways people use card decks for exercise too as you've mentioned. (Based on the card's face value - numbers, the different suits, red/black, the royal and joker cards all mean different things). I haven't tried any of those ways before. (There's also "Fit Deck" which is not a regular card deck, but is exercise based).

The cards I use are different to that. It's a self-written card deck challenge I take part in that has weekly prompts, open to interpretation. Some are straight out exercise ones, others can be used that way too though. I am working on writing up a Health/Exercise based deck to try out.

BarbieIAmNot, Barb, Alexsgirl1 - they all sound good! If they were book titles on a shelf, I'd take a closer look! They also sound like names that would go good on a soundtrack.

2BDYNAMIC - Not sure if you are refering to the blog post, or if that's your book title? It makes for a mysterious sounding book title though - cool!...If it's in reference to the blog post - you haven't heard of "Oh Feck! It's Mandy Heck With A Card Deck!" because I've not written it (yet). A work in progress emoticon
