The cooler weather has finally arrived and it is great. I actually wore long sleeves yesterday. We went to the CCC Fire Tower at the top of Flag Mountain and planned to hike part of the Pinhoti, but hubby slid on a rock and twisted his ankle. Took him to the ER just to make sure nothing was broken. It's just a sprain, so Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation for the next 2 days, and hopefully he will be able to make it at work Monday.
