This Weeks Plans

Saturday, October 19, 2019

This week I am going to work really hard on staying on track. I am going to start eating on plan and not skipping breakfast. I am going to eat more raw veggies. I am going to eat smaller portions and not eat half a pizza just because it is there. I am going to make my own ice tea at home and only go to Starbucks on Saturday. I am going to eat more meals at home and only go to out for lunch on Saturday. I am only going to eat sweets on Saturday. I am doing the 80%/20% thing . I am going to eat better and lose my fall 5%.

The only way I can lose weight is my tracking calories and portion control. I find eating out is so hard because they put so much of our plates. But since many places are displaying calories, it really helps.

    We can do this!!

Hey if you love the ice tea at Starbucks ,, I believe it's the raspberry one?

This is the copy cat Passion Tea Lemonade Recipe link to:

    cincyshopper.com/copycat
    -starbucks-passion-tea-lemonade
    -recipe

If that's NOT the one you love, just put into your browser Starbucks copy cat recipe ,,, and the name of it.

If it has 2 teaspoons of sugar,, can it slowly over time be lessened a little bit at a time?

This recipe calls for 4 ozs of lemonade, but instead can the lemonade recipe be subbed by a squirt of lemon?

No doubt you'll find a way to work that out AND SAVE $$!! WOOHOO!!
