Fall 5% Challenge: Not a good weigh-in

Saturday means it's weigh-in day. I had the scales sitting in front of the bathroom door so I wouldn't forget. Well the numbers on the scales went in the wrong direction..so I sorta wish that I had forgotten.

I had a few beers this week...obviously my body can't diet and drink beers at the same time. I also had to many other carbs this week. I gained 2 whole pounds..so I now weigh 198.2
Sorry team..I will do better for next week's weigh-in. Hopefully someone else on our team did super well to off set my gain.

I won't be moving much today, because for some weird reason my left calf muscle is killing me. I had moved a queen size bed out of my room by myself on Thursday morning, but it's strange that would cause my leg to hurt on Friday night and this morning...slow reaction pain.

As far as eating goes...I will be fighting hard with my carb demons. I already know that I can't be around carbs. I gain weight every single time. Of course our EDR serves carbs at every meal. But I will do this..even if it means avoiding the EDR. I have to do this for me, not just the "Weight Warrior" team. The team ain't wearing my clothes, the team ain't going to walk with me down to the sand dunes and the team ain't going to my son's wedding next September.
