Getting Back on Track - augh!

So, I have been in an off track rut recently. And you know, it doesn't feel great. I don't have lots of energy and I'm hungry all the time. Kind of like a low grade fever, but it's hunger. When I'm eating on plan, I don't get hungry much, because I'm nourished. And when I do get hungry on plan, it's more of a pleasant sensation to feel my body working and know that it will soon be satiated again. But off plan, I feel more like a fox wandering through the city - not much to eat and what you can find is not satisfying. Haha, that was a long and weird description.

So, here's my plan to get back on track. I need it!

1. Start wherever I am. Small decisions are ok.
2. Make an easy and tasty meal plan with a range of things that need cooking and grab and go options. Go shopping.
3. Buy a fun plate.
4. Make a pretty meal.
5. Put it on the plate.
6. Post it on Instagram - heehee.
7. Eat the food.

When my food is pretty and yummy, it's much easier to stay on track!
