So this has not been the best week, but i didn't let it defeat me. I twisted my ankle on Monday, not bad just some pain. I am giving it rest, didn't want to do any damage. (Husband had surgery, right leg, can't drive, off work so far for 7 weeks , not sure when he will go back could be another month or two and i didn't need to be down for the count either). Anyway, i tracked my food, did very light walking and kept drinking my water. Before i would have just given up, i would have left this defeat me. Not this time, i made a plan around the ankle not around negative thoughts (it makes sense to me). I still have some tenderness and i am giving it till Monday just to be safe, and then back into my exercise dvd's. Sorry if this sounds like a lot of mumbo jumbo but it is early morning and that is when i have me time.

Have a great Friday and oh i pick my son up from the airport on Monday, he is coming home for a visit. Happy momma!! emoticon
