When do we accept a “new normal “?

Monday, October 14, 2019

I’m not famous so I don’t have to be paparazzi ready at all times. Mostly I live in shorts and Birkenstocks. This inability to return to my weight of my 20’s...bothers me. If I lose these ten pounds it won’t firm up my thighs which someone stole and replaced with old lady legs, so when do we accept higher weight as part of aging? My 80 year old Aunt still only weighs 100 lbs....

emoticon emoticon We accept the things we cannot change which is different from the things we can change. As we age, we don't need as much food as we're accustomed to. Once we know the difference, then and only then you determine what your "normal" will be. Don't sweat the small stuff as ost of us won't return to a weight of Christmas' past. Once you're comfortable in your own skin, embrace it and emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
