It's Sunday ... a new week.. another chance to reach your goals ..another chance to plan your meals, or set new goals...another week to help others reach there goals or make healthy changes...
Changes can be scary ...The unknown is always scary.... So your a bit scared, what is the worst can happen... You might find out your stronger and smarter than you ever thought.......
So give it a try, ....
This week Im aiming for 10 servings of veggies a day, I stocked up on my favorites, baby salad greens, broccoli slaw, cabbage, zucchini, butternut squash, celery, carrots, cucumbers, cauiflower and cauliflower rice, peas and snow peas, green beans, red orange and yellow peppers , and mushrooms ....Im thinking of ll kind of roasted veggies, stir fries, and good old raw veggies sticks for snacks..
I know it means 3 servings each meal and 1 serving for snack....
if you have a favorite way to eat veggies please share with me...Im open to all kinds of recipes..

I wonder when I hear people keep doing the same thing and say why is this not working or why am i not loosing weight... wonder why they don't try something else....
so this new week I challenge everyone to try something new...small things can add up..

I also am going back to drinking a 16 ounce of water before each meal and snack..
Water is good for us and it helps to fill up our tummy's....this has helped me before...
