Made this today, with firm tofu so it did not turn out very creamy, but it tastes great and I can also use it as a spread! Very quick and easy to prepare. Didn't need to use a blender, I could just 'knead' it by hand.
I'd stick to regular tofu anyway as the mori-nu that he recipe links to has isolated soy protein. Tofu is healthy. Soy is healthy- the isolated is a step into processed. So- since it came out to your liking with the healthy tofu- sounds good! 37 days ago
