EXERCISE WEEK THREE

So, I have been maintaining my weight loss for six months. I'm starting to get the hang of it. My before and after are phenomenal. I'm now working on exercising and tightening up.
I have been exercising an average of 3 days a week for the last 3 weeks. So I am doing good in that area. I know it has to become a bigger part of my life. But, I've got a good start.
