I was released from the skilled nursing facility last Friday and was allowed to come home with no one to stay with me. I have managed this by doing some chores and exercise throughout the day. I am a long way (again) from my 16000 steps as I am having to start at a lower pace and work back up. It may take longer but it can be done. emoticon

I still have a way to go to get my strenth back up but it is coming. When I get tired, I have to stop and rest for awhile (or even take a nap sometimes. emoticon This works and when I wake up, I attempt another chore. emoticon It's almost like starting over again but I will be back at full strength in a few weeks.

I have joined the Shooting Stars 5% Fall challenge. It has just started but I will be starting tomorrow to try to reach the walking goal and the water. One thing I have learned on this challenge is to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day or 64 ounces. Let's get our walking going and also drink at least 8 glasses a day. We can always do more but can only post for the 8.
