Changing goals...again

So I found a healthy weight range by height weight AND age, It also puts me in a healthy BMI, which I am not at yet. I added five more pounds to lose for my ultimate goal. I did 15 min on the treadmill at 3.5 walk, and 15 min on low impact body tone and cardio. I have a feeling, even though I switched to low impact, I will still feel it in the morning, but at least I didn't almost die doing the workout! The struggle is real. I forget I am not 20 any more and still manage to push myself as if I am. Switching to toning, I have a feeling my weight might go up a bit, but I am going by how I want to look, and not so much relying on the scale. I will know when to quit, or my family will tell me. I does make working out a bit of a challenge when a dog crawls underneath you and licks your face when doing a plank or trying to do a push-up. My little rescue dog is certainly personality plus. She was jumping up trying to grab my hand when I was doing jumping jacks as well. It's hard to work out and laugh at the same time. My other dog just quietly lays there and looks at me as if I have lost my bloody mind.
