Day 3 Tracking like a madman

So, the biggest and sometimes toughest job so far is tracking. Right now it's one meal at a time and I have to look up all the food. This is supposed to get easier as I build my own database of favorites, however right now it's pretty time intensive, yet, rewarding in some ways (reinforces good food choices). Tracking fitness is not as hard thanks to the old Fitbit. So for now, tracking is the main focus. Just watch my fingers go!

    Tracking is hard at first, but it's a much wiser choice than getting lost in all the memes on FB!!! I'm so guilty of that!!! 😂😂😂

    It does get easier as you go along. Most of us tend to eat the same foods over the course of a couple of weeks. Every time you add a food, check the box for "Add to My Favorites". Makes it quick and easy to select that item later when you eat it again. You can pre-track the night before if you like then make adjustments the next day after you've eaten your foods. Some people find it a huge pain to track but I don't see how you can know how much you've eaten for the day to know when to quit eating if you don't.
