Weigh-In #18

It's been about a week so I'm doing another weigh-in. This one isn't a positive one unfortunately but I'm bloated this week from a lot of drinking and overeating. My calories were up at 3K a couple of times and at 2K most of the week and not getting any exercise from being sick. I've been keeping track of my weight with HappyScale and it says that normally I lose 2lbs a week but not this week clearly. I gained a pretty significant amount of weight this week but I figure it's mostly bloat as my sodium has been really high lately as well. Once I start getting my calories back in line and hopefully we won't drink quite as much this week, things will fall back in line.

Current Weight: 273.6
Weight Lost This Week: +5.6 lbs
Total Weight Lost: -23 lbs
I'm not exactly happy with this gain, but there's nothing I can really do about it and in all honesty it was a good week so it was worth it. I'll get the weight off and get moving in the right direction again it will just take a little bit of time.

body water is down quite a bit. I'm guessing this is cos of all the sodium I've had lately and lack of water. something to work on this week.

gained a good deal of body fat with the weight I gained as well. not too surprising.

Starting Muscle Mass: 142.6
Last Muscle Mass: 134.2
Current Muscle Mass: 135.8
Muscle Mass Gained: +1.6 lbs
Total Muscle Mass Gained: -6.8 lbs
gained a pretty good deal of muscle. I was pretty active this week and I've been in the woods collecting branches with Wyatt and he's been making me break them up with him for the bonfire and we cleaned up around the bonfire and I did a lot of cleaning to prepare for Fritzy this week so that all counted as exercise.

All I can really do is just try to do better this week whatever the circumstances. I've had bad bloat before and been able to take it off so I know I can do it again. It just takes a little bit of time and effort so as long as I just track my food and plan things well, I'll be able to do it. I'm not going to get too upset about it, just focus on moving forward.

    You have had a lot of stress lately, but it may help you to look @ situations where your nutrition wasn't in line with what it normally is when you're losing. Just a thought.

    emoticon ... Keep on pushing, maybe go back and look at what you ate & drink on the weeks you was losing OR if its during the "woman time" of the month, a lot of women retain extra fluid during this time. You have the right attitude, don't let one weigh in get you down.
