Well i am back again and this time i finally have my head in this LIFE STYLE CHANGE. I actually started the day after labor day but i waited to rejoin sparkpeople till i knew i was going to stick with it. I lost 5 lbs so far in September. I wasn't exercising yet and i wasn't eating completely healthy either. See my husband got hurt and is home for awhile. He is healing and now is in therapy for a leg injury (he is doing good). Well taking care of him i was short on breath, i was exhausted just helping him get around. No more i said, so i asked a few friends to do a 12 to Thanksgiving challenge, and they agreed. So it started my journey, well about a week into it i decided i needed to really figure things out and get serious because after 12 weeks i don't want to go back to the way i was. So i started a 365 days to fit for myself, and still keeping with the 12 weeks to keep motivated. So i got organized, i reset goals, i started journaling and now in October i add exercising.
I am feeling good but let me tell you the walking dvd's I am doing has kicked my butt this week but i got up this Saturday morning and did a 2 mile one. I will say i am feeling it but i am sticking with this. I finally want it bad enough.
I will blog my progress but i won't everyday. I would love to hear from other sparkpeople and their progress. I love inspiration, i need it.
