I've made alot of changes. Started cooking more and watching my sodium. Still not where it should be but I've cut back about half. Haven't lost any weight this month. Maybe too many changes? Don't know. Still having trouble finding time and/or energy to work out. Hoping October brings more positive changes and weight loss. emoticon emoticon
