Ready for 5% Challenge - New Month New Goals

Today I am detailing my fitness and diet plans/menus, and assigning time slots. I haven't selected a gym so my default the recreation center gym with a swimming pool. It's a new month, a fresh start so I am starting my 5% Challenge lifestyle today.

My next weight goal is 190 pounds by Oct. 29, 2019, the anniversary of my driver's license. It was issued Oct. 29, 2018, and my weight then was 215.6 pounds. This morning I weigh 193.6 pounds, so I need to lose 3.6 months so I am 25 pounds lighter than my driver's license.

Yesterday I took a before the Challenge picture to compare to the picture I will take at the end of the challenge, so I can see a Non-Scale Victory (NSV).

I've had a busy September. We were away from home 4 weekends and that makes chaos for dieting and exercise. We are going to Portland to get our puppy the second weekend in October. I am not sure how many days we will be away, but I know I will be home more getting to know my puppy.
