October! Goals! Well, just the one...

Happy October! I'm so excited - cooler weather is on the way!
So, I'm setting one big goal for this month. Here it is!
I am determined to get solidly into the 160's. It has been a FIGHT! Life plus what I think is a setpoint for me have conspired to make this difficult. But it's going to be great. Here's how I'm going to achieve this goal this month.
a. I am going to utilize tracking a little more. It's kind of fun if I don't let myself get carried
away. I'm going to attempt to track every day, but I'm not going to stress if I miss a
day. I started tracking a few weeks ago, and I technically missed today. Oops.
b. I'm going to watch my sugar intake. I just feel better with less sugar!
I also have a few little goals floating around in my head, but I haven't quite figured them out yet. I want to keep up with ballet and going to the gym and studying Japanese and maybe being a neater person. Still thinking! But the 160's is my big goal! I can taste it!
