Beck Diet Solution: Re-Read and Re-Boot.

I am eating healthy foods. but I'm snacking again absently. I track after. It makes me cranky. I am staying within caloric guidelines to lose at 1200-1550 ( usually not going over 1400), but that's moot, IMO. The absentmindedly snacking is where calories sneak in. and every bite adds up.
I late night grab something. now it's dehydrated cherry tomatoes I've dehydrated and then marinated in oil. I've made myself sit down. I've talked myself out of it and then ignored myself and done it anyway. (not every time). ugh. I eat some, then I track it. If I so more tomatoes, I am not going to put in oil to save calories that way, so it will help with calories ... BUT it's not the food. IT IS THE SNACKING.
I am ready for the October re-boot (Re-reading the book and re-doing all the exercises starting with day 1) so I can hopefully kick this to the curb. that and adding in exercising as second nature.
I made my goal. I have creeped on the other side of my goal. I am now wanting to lose a few more pounds to be comfortably in my weight range.
