Hello everyone. I just wanted to make a blog about how i have been doing and etc. Well im still trying to watch what i eat and walk for my exercise. As most of you know i need to watch my carbs and sugar as i am a diabetic. Insulin does help me with my carbs and bloodsugar but i still watch what i eat carb wise. And i am a believer if you cut some carb out of your diet and more protein and fat youll lose weight but i also know that you need carbs for energy. And everyday is different for me and some days are battles and some days are not. And i also have a cholesterol problem so i try to watch what i eat for my cholesterol. And i take my cholesterol meds and go for my walks also for my cholesterol. I am also going for my bloodtest i get every year for my A1C and Cholesterol and my Thyroid. Will keep you posted how my levels are when i get it done and get my results. I am wanting to use to this again as i lost 5% of my body weight and want to lose 5% more weight you know? And i am on here to get the community support and etc :) Keep you posted how it all goes.
