Best Laid Plans.....

Once again, health issues have waylaid my plans - this week, I have not been able to consistently reach my daily step goals (nor reach the activity goal of 10 minutes at a time!) But I have come to the conclusion that it doesn't matter - as long as I am doing the best that I can do every day and never give up, my body will take me where I need to go. One day at a time - Every Day!!

Many doctor's appointments this week so several meals in the cafeteria - that is such a challenge to choose a healthy balance. You would think there would be better selections there but that's another soapbox!!

I haven't returned to my Spark Teams yet, but do enjoy checking my Friend Feed. The support of fellow Sparkers really emphasizes the importance of not giving up, no matter what! Thanks to all my Spark Friends - together, we can do it!
