So in one month I only lost 2lbs. But I learned alot. My fruit/veggie intake is low, my sodium is WAY too high and I have an almost nonexistent fitness plan. I've been trying to cook at home more but feel so intimidated in the kitchen. At least I know what to work on this month! emoticon emoticon

    2# is great as it is going in the right direction. I buy a lot of "ready" meals in the frozen food section of the store, that just needs to add something. Now that my children are grown, and I try to stay on a diet (I've lost 76# since I joined Sparks nearly 12 y ago.) I find it cheaper to buy ready to cook and not eat out. My husband cooks in the crock pot and he eats a lot but never gains wt. He's 72 and weighs 170#.
