And many of you were right. It is helping me feel good.
However, besides One bars, which are oddly too sweet, I don't know what else to snack on. Those of you on the Keto diet or Whole 30 or diabetics, what do you snack on?
I think my body misses carbs, so today, I had half a piece of bread with breakfast.
