A new start - I hate starting over but one must take the first step on any trip

I am careening out of control weight-wise. I try every day, and give up every other day. This is a recipe for weight regain and I just hit 151. Up 16 pounds in a year. How disappointing. It was hard and expensive to lose and while I do think I may have over-exceeded...13X is fine range. 14X is danger and 151 is a disaster.
What to do, what to do?I know I must take the first step(s). Food addiction is my disease so I must detox with salads, lean protein and reasonable avoidance of carbs and sugar. Lots of H2O, a lot less wine & prosecco and stepping up the exercise.
I can do it. Now, accountability...blogging appears to be helpful so I will weigh in on daily reporting. Right here, starting right now.
