Today Was Much Better!

I met with my accounting professor online this evening to discuss the final exam and go over a problem that's not in the book but that I will need to know for the final. Then I told him I wanted to go over ch. 25, which is the chapter I failed. I told him that I missed the deadline for the quiz and that I would like to take it if I could and that I failed one of the homework assignments and needed help with it. He reopened both the quiz and the homework for me and I have until 11:45 PM tomorrow to take them. Then he explained the homework to me. I asked him about the final, too. When I am done with the regular homework next week Wednesday, I will start making a study guide for the final and compile all the questions I have and make another appointment with him to get a final boost of help. I am super grateful to him for accommodating me, I just wish he would respond rather than ignoring my emails. I have to evaluate him at the end of quarter and I will be writing my concerns to the school then. I'm just really glad I have a different professor for fall.
I mentioned yesterday that I am doing some experimenting with one of my bipolar medications. It is call Seroquel, and it's very common for bipolar people to be put on it, but it has some major side effects, such as it makes you very hungry, causes weight gain, and makes you very sleepy. I had been taking it at 9:30 PM, but I found that it would last so long in my system that I would have to sleep very late the next morning (until 10 or 11 AM) for it to wear off. I need to get up earlier, so on Tuesday night I took it at 6:30 PM just to see what would happen. I figured it didn't matter if I fell asleep too early. It was a good experiment. I woke up at 8:45 AM on Wednesday and felt very alert. I did the same thing last night and was awake about 8:45 AM again today and felt very alert. The problem with this is that when I take it in the evening, I get very very fatigued and sleepy. I don't go to bed, but I can't really do much except surf the internet or watch TV or read. I certainly can't do homework and I can't drive to the park to walk. I have been exercising at 6:30 PM so I haven't been able to walk the last 3 nights. I think that I am going to either have to exercise before I take it or do my exercising in the AM and see how that works. I will eventually adjust to the change, but that may take awhile. Right now I am still playing around with when I take it to see what the optimum time is.
1) Finish the Ch. 25 homework for Managerial Accounting.
2) I have 6 chapters combined from all my classes to read before Monday, so I would like to read at least 3 chapters tomorrow.
Today I'm Grateful For...
1) Extensions from my professor.
2) That I haven't had to turn the AC on during the day this week.
3) A good talk with my doctor.
