So not a great 2nd week. Been keeping on eye on my nutritional stats. Realized they weren't as bad as I thought. So what was wrong? Haven't lost hardly any weight. Well I read an article about salt/sodium and realized my nutrition didn't display that, so I changed it to show. WOW! THROUGH THE ROOF! So I spent last week checking my sodium numbers. Only twice was I in range. Not sure how to fix this. I eat out to much. My lifestyle right now does not allow me alot of time to cook at home. Will do some research on this. This week I will be watching my sodium levels like a hawk!
