Physical: Working out by spending some time on core building, upper body strength training, rebounding for lymphatic support, and walking on the treadmill. Emotional: Journal Spiritual: studying the Word, praying, and volunteering at a local ministry Personal: Planning which meals would work best for me today & the rest of the week, as well as filling my mind with new research and data by which to make better decisions (did this while working out). Social: Shared several encouragements with others. Household: Did laundry and put it away; Made my bed. Cleaned trashcans while emptying them. Picked up trash and tossed it.
