Happy Saturday!

It's been a pretty lazy day here. I slept in, got up and got my workout done then took my shower and had my breakfast. I've done a lot of reading and for the most part just relaxed. I needed it after the craziness of the last few weeks. Not much really happened.

Goals:
1. Nutrition: better - meals were pretty good, snacking was better but there is still room for improvement.
2. Fitness: Workout #18 - Morning Meltdown 100: Fight Club. I think that this one is my favorite! emoticon
3. Personal: Read my Bible and devotional and will have my prayer/journal time before bed. I did a lot of reading, but no business thinking today.

Tomorrow - Mike and the boys are going to the last day of the Iowa State Fair. I have church in the morning and Praise team practice in the evening. I will be enjoying every minute of the empty house in between!
