Happy Friday!

So tired tonight. I am feeling better, but I'm crabby and taking it out on my family. I think that I am due a day to myself.

It was a pretty low key day. Mike got up at 4:30 again, but I went back to sleep and got up closer to 6:00. I got my workout done and took my shower. Matthew left for cross country and I fixed my breakfast.

Next up was grocery shopping. Once home I got everything put away and that's pretty much been it for the day. I did get the dishes washed and made the bed. I fixed a recipe for supper too. That's it. No motivation to do anything else.

Goals:
1. Nutrition: meals were good, snacking was off again.
2. Fitness: Workout #17 - Morning Meltdown 100: Downbeat Strength.
3. Personal: Read my Bible and devotional and will have my prayer/journal time before bed. I didn't work on any business stuff. I did do some reading.

Tomorrow - nothing on the agenda as far as I know.
