My plan was to lose 55 lbs in 55 weeks when turn 55 . Well 55 lbs a week pretty doable. Here I am 20 weeks gone and have lost 3.8 lbs. I have 51.2 lbs to lose in 35 weeks. Still doable 1.5 lbs a week. Procrastination has hit me again. Oh I've got a year so waste time, waste time, and even more time. Then the last 2 months I will go into panic mode and try to lose the 50lbs. Why do a I do that in not one not 2 but almost every area of my life? Wouldn't it be easier to see start right away and not have to do a marathon race to catch up.
Then my all or nothing thinking kicks in. You didn't do all you wanted to or as good as you wanted I'll start again tomorrow only tomorrow then another. Vicious circle and hard one to break.
Time for me to start walking the walk. I have the information and the know how just have to do it.. come on motivation and stick to it power just need you¿
51.2 lbs in be 35 weeks approx 1.5 lbs per weeks. Doable but I have to do it.
Go go go you can do it! Never too late to do good. Reward yourself every day with simple things like a good book, a good tv show. This is my trick and this works well for me. 61 days ago
