Years ago, when I had great difficulty sleeping, my doctors had me build a bedtime routine to condition myself to fall asleep. Unfortunately, one of the main building blocks of that plan was a bedtime snack. I have no problem sticking to my eating plan through dinner. From dinner till bedtime I want to eat everything in the kitchen. I know the problem. I don't have a solution yet. I know others who have this same problem so it may be fairly common. Ideas, anyone???
