What are the best things to do to help you lose weight? Come on now most of us have those memorized and if you are new to this journey, you will soon as well. The trick is not in the knowing but in the doing....

I know one that you might not be aware of.... first the ones we know
1... Drink your 8+ glasses of water.....stay hydrated
2.... Exercise even 10 minutes a day helps
3.... Stay within your calorie alotment
4....Eat 5 or 6 smaller meals a day
5.... Eat more freggies
6.... Eat protein at most meals
7.....Stay away from too much sugar, too much salt, too much unhealthy fats etc. Etc.
8....Don't starve yourself
9....If you derail yourself get back on track as soon as you can
10..Think positive

The Summer BL Challenge is in its final days.. September 4, 2019 has be set as the start of the Fall 2019 BL Challenge .

I am one of the leaders on the Golden Phoenix which is one of 11 challenge teams that compete against each other for most weight lost, cardio and strength training minutes. The 11
individual teams all make up the Biggest Loser Challenge. The challenge consists of 11 teams with 22 active members that participate in weekly Fitness and Nutrition challenges, for points The weekly challenges are called ITC or Inter Team Challenges. Each of the weekly challenges can be modified so everybody is able to participate at their individual level, so nobody needs to feel left out. Once a week members weigh themselves and posts their weight and any cardio and ST minutes they had for the week as well as the points they have gotten for the ITCs.
