Morning motivation.

Been listening to motivational speeches in the morning before work. Today I heard, if you want to be successful, you have to set goals. Successful people are successful because they achieved goals. If they never set any, they wouldn’t be successful. They also said to set smaller goals to help reach an ideal goal. Now. I’ve always said, I want to be my goal weight by this time next year. Or something to the sort. I never thought of setting small goals like, in 1 month I want to loose x amount of weight. So here’s to changing things up and thinking differently. Maybe it’ll give me the motivation I need when I reach those small goals to keep going to the main goal I have of being a healthy weight. I will be successful!!!

    Small goals are more manageable & attainable, and help to maintain motivation. You can do it!

    You can do it! I find non scale goals to be helpful, like I will exercise for 10 minutes every day for a week. That way even if the scale isn't showing it, you know you're making progress in being healthier.
