Sorry, had to step away to get control of things. I am officially on the plan, starting yesterday. I ate well, just need to start moving more. One step at a time. emoticon

    Sometimes we need to step back and re look at things - so you made a good decision there - and you are now back and on track. Use the food tracker and exercise tracker and also participate on all the groups you have joined as that is where you will be encouraged and motivated.

    You will get your routine. It took me months to get where I exercise every day. If I miss my full hour each day, I feel it.
