I've just started over again - after an almost 2 year break after my mom's death. One of my first challenges is tracking food honestly. I eat what I've planned until after dinner. At bedtime I want to eat EVERYTHING and sometimes I do. I have promised myself that I will track it all so I can truly address my issues. This is a lifestyle, not a diet, and I can only make progress if I am totally honest about what I eat.
