Started morning pages this morning finally and darned if they weren't pretty immediately helpful. Let's hope this auspicious beginning continues. I figured out that the fact that I was feeling really "salty" and I have been eating that feeling along with copious amounts of actual salt. I don't normally crave super salty foods but these last few weeks that has been my go to craving. Now that I have made the connection I can find other ways to deal with my salty feelings.

Made it to the gym for the 3rd day this month (all the weekdays thus far) and did intervals on the treadmill (5 minutes walking/1 minute running) to help run off some of those aggressive angry feelings. I think it helped. I'm still ticked off at some folks but I didn't come home this afternoon and immediately mindlessly grab some salty/crunchy snack food. 62 activity minutes today.

Husband had a job interview that went well and we are hopeful about.

Got a message inquiring about availability for a favorite event in October and am negotiating to see if we can work it out to attend/work.
