Sugar Journal Day 6

Fell off the wagon for a couple of days, and stayed on the ground. Ate candy like the world was going to end and did not exercise. So --- high intake, zero exertion. I think it was mostly because I had candy available. And partly because I didn't prep enough food and the right kinds of foods to take to work with me. Today, too, like Wed. and Thu. this week, I have had to buy lunch. All three days, though, I chose healthier options: either small portions or soup. The mistakes I have made is also having sugar near me AND not going to the gym after work.

This weekend I really need to do foodprepping for the rest of the week. I have celery and beets and carrots shriveling up in the fridge. Need to wash, clean, chop and eat them!

This weekend I also need to get to the gym and do an hour *each day* of cardio and strength.

Drink water.

And keep an eye on my choices.
